Hassle-Free management, what do I need to do?
We literally do everything for you. As an owner, you can sit back and relax in the knowledge that your property is in good hands.

What assurances do you have that the property will be looked after?
There will be little issues, such as broken plates or glasses, maybe a stain on a carpet and items that will require repair or replacement, this is to be expected.
We take a virtual security deposit from all guests for those issues which are not to be expected. In addition, all sites do include cover in their services.
Our cleaners will inspect your property at checkout and photograph any issues. We will then handle the issue after reporting to you.

Am I allowed to stay in my property?
Of course you can, it is your property! And we don’t charge you for the privilege.
All owners have an app and can block out dates that they wish to stay. So the property is ready for your next guests, owners also pay the cleaning fee to cover the cleaners, cleansing the property, laundering the bed linen and towels, so they don’t have to.

How do we proceed?
Contact us now – we get back to everyone and there are no silly questions – we are happy to answer anything. We will arrange a visit of your property within a few days.

Do you charge sign-up and admin fees?
There are no sign-up fees or annual administration fees. Our owners only pay a set percentage of the net booking fee, we don’t charge any other fees to our hosts.

What about cleaning?
We clean your property after each guest with our 5* cleaners. We supply hotel quality linen and towels, which are professionally laundered, and we also provide bathroom toiletries and kitchen consumables. For every booking, the guest is charged a set cleaning fee.

What makes us different?
We are family-run and local to North Devon, and we offer our owners a personalised, friendly service, so you’ll always know who you are talking to. We provide our hosts a login to our management software, where you can see all your bookings and their values.

I'm new to this, what do I need to do next?
If you have just purchased a holiday home, congratulations – you’ve done the hard bit! Firstly we need to make the home ready for guests, and we have a checklist to help you. We’ll create a professional and engaging marketing listing. Using our channel management system, we’ll connect your property to all the best booking sites and on our direct booking site. You’ll soon start receiving bookings.
